Someone must have an ejoyable picnic in a public park at the weekend. But the rubbish, shameful - just thrown about. The public park is not so well looked after anyway, a casuarina tree fell in the lake and not removed and the notice board vandalised and not repaired. And the number of "do not do" things that you have to abide by -- its a wonder even why people visit the park at all.
