Car rubbish dumping.

A typical scene of couldn't careless attitude. Throwing paper and tissue (and sometimes rubbish) out of your car. Why can't they bring an empty plastic bag, and throw all their rubbish into that plastic bag and bring the rubbish home or to the nearest rubbish bin? This scene is on the outskirt of KL, and the car owner is most probably living in the condo nearby.
Worse scenerio is during fruit seasons where you see children (and adults) throwing the fruit skins out of car windows while the car is travelling (and sometimes the car stopping by the road side). And worse when you visit a picnic spot (in Malaysia); they seem to think that the spot is also their rubbish dumping ground, (with PVC and polystryene bags and boxes thrown all over).
Most deplorable.

Rubbish dumps.

Don't they have proper places to throw away these used stuff. Old abandoned chairs in the children playground and an alter just thrown about.

outskirt rubbish

Rubbish gathered near an apartment block. And its in the outer skirt of Kuala Lumpur! What are the rubbish collectors doing? Or can't the authority place a rubbish collecting bin there?

And the landslide in front of that apartment block! Damaging the covered bus-stand. Its in everybody's view.

Need a rubbish bin

Why can't the Municipal Council provides a proper rubbish bin? The rubbish had been dumped there not only now but for ages, and the funny thing is that the Municipal Council contractor's lorries collect these rubbish periodically - weekly I think. Meanwhile flies breed.

Abandonned

An abandonned swimming pool behind the abandoned hotel.

A hotel, popular in late 70s, now left to rot.

Built in 1936, caught fire last year and not repaired.
